The Corkscrew Deli is located in the Landings Plaza serving breakfast sandwiches till am and lunch. You can have them build your sandwich with their selection of Boar's Heads meats and cheeses or select from their Signature Sandwiches. It offers a full line of made-fresh-daily salads, vegetarian sandwiches, subs, Panini hot pressed sandwiches, and wraps. I was at the Lone Star Bash last week and had the opportunity to sample the Spring Berry Entremet and it was absolutely the best thing I have tasted in a very long time. It was an explosion of Wait to pay for 5 minutes while watching my pizza. I ask for help and they tell me to wait. You can This place has been on my list for awhile. I love ceviche. If it's in the business name, it must be good, right?! Anyway, they offer a variety of Peruvian dishes.

The sauces they use on their sandwiches are exquisite. Their creations drive you to expand on your deli experience. The atmosphere is fast casual and a very personal experience. The service is fast! If the line isn't out the door at lunch time you can expect the turn around to be under five minutes. If your driving down US 41 it is pretty simple this is a great place to go and not fall asleep after lunch. Very dependable service, lunch deliveries arrive early and accurate always!
