The coat was backordered, so weeks later I got my replacement, I looked it over, tried it on, all great More Hide. My husband loved it from the first time he put it on. That said, some complain about the appearance of the hood. Pretty puzzling and definitely unfortunate!!! The fill isn't as puffy as I expected however and you will really need layers with this if you want to wear it below freezing unfortunately or even in the 30s.
