We'd even go so far as to say that it's in Causeway Bay where you can really feel the beating pulse of Hong Kong. From a legendary Cantonese restaurant to excellent omakase , a traditional Japanese whisky bar to a Sichuanese hidden gem, we explore some of the best that Causeway Bay has to offer. Earthy is the word at Roganic , where wooden tones and pots of plants and flora abound, and where the menu showcases chef Simon Rogan's playful, creative take on seasonal ingredients.
