See More Here in the Pacific Northwest, we demand a lot from our coffees — after 40 years in business, Tony's has found the magic formula. Their signature blend, Cafe Carmelita, was created back in , and it's been a best seller ever since. I can't get enough of this coffee: it's a rich and buttery medium roast, but it tastes more like a medium-dark, with low acidity and deep notes of dark chocolate syrup and toasted caramel. With a splash of milk, Carmelita makes a delicious faux-mocha; no additional chocolate needed. It's just the type of coffee I'm craving, as we head into cooler weather and rainy days or snowy days, if you're over on the East Coast!

Super beautiful cafe. With great selection of drinks hot and cold sandwiches and desserts. Lovely Lizzy at cash was fabulous. We will be back and maybe try high tea! Dietary restrictions: Very considerate and conscious of food restrictions.

I usually go up to Santa Fe once a week for work and this place has been my recent go to for lunch as the food is amazing and the staff are always so friendly. I tried the Cubano the first time I went and it was delicious! After trying the burger though it definitely ranks as my favorite from anywhere around NM! For my next visit I'm looking forward to trying the Gyro July Carmelita's makes and I might add, a delicious burger and fries and it's worth every nickel spent there.

I liked that it was smooth with almost no acidity I just wish it would have more spice or some stronger notes to add more to the coffee overall. Loved it! Nice body to it.
