Lockdown saw many of us physically disconnected from our friends, our families, our careers and our social lives. It meant that we had to dig deep and get creative, finding new ways to communicate with the people and things that we loved. Personal Trainers, Healers and Therapists took their sessions online as we followed online Yoga classes, joined in group meditations and scheduled zoom calls that became therapy sessions.
