Bunnings bathroom sealant

We wanted to keep the exposed bricks but seal them from the shower splashes. What clear sealant would be best.

I have no idea what this sealant is Is it a silicone caulk? The mould is ingrained so it needs replacing. How do I remove it? And what do I replace it with?

You could potentially apply silicone over them to cover their unsightliness, but removing and replacing the gaskets is likely impossible unless they could be purchased from the shower screen manufacturer. Make sure to knead the putty very well before plugging the holes. Once the holes have been covered, I recommend feathering the edges to blend in with the wall.
