Holiday home owners are permitted to visit their caravan during daylight hours during the winter months, however overnight stays are not allowed during at this time and the on-site amenities are unavailable for use at this time, too. All of the static holiday homes at Broughton Farm Caravan Park are nicely decorated and fitted with a good selection of modern appliances and conveniences. The park offers direct access to the beaches at Broughton Bay and Rhossili Bay, where guests can enjoy the safe, clean sands and a vast range of activities. There are opportunities for surfing, swimming, fishing and more, while for guests wanting to stay off the beach there is the opportunity to walk across the countryside of the Gower Peninsula or enjoy the coastal walks through the raw and unspoiled landscape, enjoying the many breathtaking views. It is a great place to discover on foot or on two wheels. There are many castles dotted across South Wales to visit on your holidays and Oxwich Castle, which is a minute drive from Broughton Farm Caravan Park, is one of them. You'll also discover Weobley Castle 15 minutes from this park and Swansea Castle, about a minute drive away, to name just a few of the castles in this area. There is so much stunning natural beauty to take in across the Gower Peninsula that it is hard to name every point, but the dramatic Three Cliffs Bay and Rhossili Bay, which includes the expansive Llangennith beach are well worth taking in. The Mumbles is a vibrant destination, packed with lots of shops as well as ice cream parlours and many other eateries, some of which are famous for their seafood dishes, much of which is caught in the local area. If this appeals to you, the Mumbles Oyster Festival in October might be something you'd like to attend. In fact, you can easily visit Swansea, which is a to minute drive from this campsite. It's a super shopping destination and there are loads of green spaces and gardens to explore, Clyne Gardens one of the most dramatic. You can also wander through the marina, or maybe tour the National Waterfront Museum.
