Im now price checking a washer dryer so stopped in to their store just out of curiosity and can confirm they are more expensive again comparing their same model that is a scratch and dent with another local bowest appliances store selling brand new, delivered and installed.

These upper brand name appliances were scratch and dent cosmetic and in locations that were not at all noticeable. Questions challenging appliance functionality and brand history were answered promptly and to my satisfaction. The difference between their scratch and dent and their reconditioned appliances was explained. I have no reservations in recommending Bowest. Ask for Brent!
