Anyway, this account is many years old and has thousands of messages, the majority of which are filed into subfolders. There are 2 other accounts linked to the Outlook profile, both of which are Virgin Media accounts and they show all of their subfolders without issue but the Blueyonder account is an inbox only. I've set it up on a different PC with the same result, the subfolders are simply not there on the Blueyonder account but are there in the Virgin Media accounts.
