Bleach zaraki kenpachi shikai
Those other guys had names that others called them, but I didn't. So, that kinda feelin' He is the eleventh Kenpachi to hold the position. Zaraki is a very tall, muscular Shinigami with a wild and aggressive appearance.
Without a home, a family, or even a name, the boy that would be known as Kenpachi Zaraki was a soul living alone in the worst, most lawless region of Rukongai. After coming across the dead body of a Soul Reaper, Kenpachi stole his Zanpakuto and imprinted on it, making it his own. During this time, Kenpachi became incredibly proficient in swordsmanship, killing pretty much everyone he fought with ease. One day, Kenpachi encountered Yachiru Unohana, a member of the Gotei 13, the Soul Reapers who ran Rukongai, and challenged her to a battle. Fighting Unohana was the first time Kenpachi ever felt fear, and he subconsciously sealed his power to continue the battle because of the fun he was having, though he ended up losing.

Warning: Spoilers for Bleach: The Thousand-Year Blood War episode 20 Bleach 's long-awaited reveal of Kenpachi Zaraki's Shikai release has finally occurred, and the power he puts on display with only this first release is enough to make some Bankai look pathetic. While battling against the overpowered Sternritter known as Gremmy Thoumeaux, whose abilities are limited only by his imagination, the villain summoned a massive asteroid down, threatening to destroy the entire Seireitei along with friend and foe alike. That threat was all that Zaraki needed to justify pulling out his Shikai, the first stage release of a Zanpakuto, for the first time, an ability he only recently unlocked after his battle to the death with Retsu Unohana. Zaraki's incredible spiritual pressure combined with the Shikai release brought him a level of power he's never seen before, allowing him to destroy the meteor with a single strike. In its Shikai state, Zaraki's Zanpakuto, Nozarashi, looks less like a sword and more like an enormous axe of some sort, a weapon more fitting for the powerful hacking and slashing style that Zaraki fights with. Aside from obliterating the meteor, Nozarashi proved its power by cutting through the very fabric of space to escape yet another attack from Gremmy, one which sealed Zaraki into an area of vacuum. Not only is this being achieved at the Shikai level rather than the full-release Bankai, but Zaraki continues to wear his spiritual power-suppressing eyepatch throughout the fight, proving it could be even stronger still. While Zaraki's Zanpakuto might not be one of the showiest around, it is without a doubt one of the most powerful seen in the series to date. Fans have waited a long time for this reveal, as Zaraki's natural power was bound to make his Zanpakuto releases impressive, and the scene certainly didn't disappoint. Gremmy was an extremely deadly opponent, and may well have killed any other Soul Reaper Captain he was up against, but Zaraki's raw power, even while wearing the eyepatch, was something that the Sternritter simply couldn't measure up to. It's not often a villain dies just from trying to power up to his opponent's level, but Zaraki has managed it. With the Shikai state revealed, the anticipation is only further building for the inevitable reveal of Zaraki's Bankai, which could be wielding an almost unimaginable level of power.
However, Zaraki, laughing hysterically, keeps fighting, only to be injured several times.
A breakout character in the Soul Society Arc of Tite Kubo's Bleach , Kenpachi Zaraki is a character whose unhinged thirst for battle has yet to be matched by any character throughout the series' lengthy run. Zaraki is the quintessential berserker, a force of nature, whose lust for fighting is only eclipsed by his awe inducing strength. For the longest time, he was also an anomaly among the Captains of the Gotei 13, as he was the only one among them to have attained the rank without even knowing the name of his Zanpakuto. However, the Thousand Year Blood War Arc changed all of this, as Zaraki was forced to listen to his Zanpakuto's voice, as he sought more power to combat Yhwach and the Wandenreich, the most powerful foe the Gotei 13 had ever faced. This series of events led to him finally awakening both his Shikai and Bankai after defeating Retsu Unohana formerly known as Yachiru Unohana, the first Kenpachi , finally living up to the title of the 11th Division Captain. A simple man at his core, Zaraki's aggressive, unfiltered, and larger than life persona has captivated Bleach fans as much as his fearsome strength.
Since the second Part of Bleach TYBW started, fans have been waiting for Kenpachi's return, especially with even more power added to his already infinite strength. However, since then, Kenpachi has been gone for good, and fans have been waiting for his return. But we all know Kenpachi listens to none other than his sweet little Lieutenant Yachiru. As soon as he sensed a significant fluctuation in her Spiritual Pressure, Kenpachi returned in an instant, and now, Kenpachi was the one to be dealt with. Firstly, we would like to remind you that Kenpachi chooses his opponents like we choose clothes while shopping, and it's really respectful if Kenpachi decides to fight with you. Secondly, he's the only guy in the 13 Court Guard Squad who didn't have a Bankai until Bleach: TYBW but still managed to attain the rank of a Captain, and not only that, he's considered the strongest of all by many. But in the recent battle against Gremmy Thoumeaux, Kenpachi didn't just enjoy the battle which he hardly does , but he also tested his sword's second release form for the first time.

Gremmy Thoumeaux, the self-proclaimed strongest Quincy was pushed to the brink by a relentless Kenpachi Zaraki, and unleashed what would be considered an insurmountable obstacle under normal circumstances. What does this mean for the BLEACH narrative going forward, now that one of the most powerful combatants in the Seireitei has finally reached the first milestone for the average Shinigami? Kenpachi's fight against Gremmy is largely a display of the Quincy's ability to make into reality that which he imagines, and the former's ability to not only survive each attack but relish them as part of a clash between two "strongest".

However, Nnoitra, mocking Zaraki, regenerates his arm. Hearing Gremmy explain how he can stop it by imagining his skin is resistant enough, Zaraki proceeds to cut him and declare he can cut through anything Gremmy can imagine. While initially the division lost, Ikkaku showed up to fight it, but was stopped by Zaraki, who decided to kill it himself. Byakuya and Zaraki arrive to help Ichigo. Introducing himself, he tells Ichigo he has come to kill him. Though reluctant, Zaraki accepts their help, and they fight against Hisagi and Tetsuzaemon elsewhere. Yachiru warned Ikkaku messing with Zaraki while he was in a good mood was a bad idea, though Ikkaku did not take the warning seriously. When Ichigo asks what Zaraki is doing in Hueco Mundo, he responds by kicking Ichigo, stating he is in the way of the field of battle. The longer he fights a foe that pressures him, the more he subconsciously removes his limits, steadily increasing his Reiatsu. Gerard reminds Zaraki that cutting off his arms will accomplish nothing, but Zaraki merely leaps into the air before slashing at Gerard, who has his left forearm cut off along with half of his shield when he attempts to block the strike.

Fade to Black. As the large blast is fired, they both dodge the attack, prompting Byakuya to state he cannot believe Zaraki thought he could finish off the Espada the way he did, pitying his poor judgment. Soul Carnival 2. When Ikkaku scolds Renji for his condition, Renji reveals he got out of his dimension a while ago, but could not move for a while, which surprises Zaraki. During his first battle with Nnoitra, he suffered numerous slash wounds, was even impaled and almost beheaded with no visual impairment of his fighting performance; Nnoitra noting most people would have already been dead by then. Heat the Soul 7. Releasing the true form of Nozarashi , Zaraki destroys the meteorite, causing chunks to rain down around him as he stands with his Shikai. Zaraki is the quintessential berserker, a force of nature, whose lust for fighting is only eclipsed by his awe inducing strength. After a minute or two, Zaraki admits that she is right and backs off, prompting Urahara to give him a sphere to charge with his Reiatsu. Zaraki, telling him not to be so hasty, reveals everything is planned, and Urahara not only sent the captains to Hueco Mundo, but made it possible to wage war in Karakura Town.
