As the title of the shrine suggests, this shrine requires Link to prove his strength by defeating a Guardian Scout and completing the shrine. Begin by drinking an elixir that improves your attack power, then move in close and strike your opponent with Flurry Rush attacks when possible. Elemental arrows also work nicely when you need to attack from a distance. When the guardian collapses and a laser tracks your movement, the guardian is almost dead and you have a limited amount of time to hack it to pieces before it starts doing serious damage that is difficult to sustain. There is a Guardian Scout and he is very powerful. It will take quite a few hits to take him down, so be sure you have some powerful weapons as well as some food to eat.

Whilst there is a Shrine Quest associated with this that will give you an ultra-vague clue as to how find it, it is also possible to simply stumble upon it whilst you are exploring the Hebra region. To do so, head directly north from the Rito Village to reach the Biron Snowshelf. This is just north of Lake Kilsie and west of the Coldsnap Hollow. Once on the Biron Snowshelf, head for the eastern end of this and walk along the cliff whilst looking downwards. Once you have found it, approach the Mozo Shenno Shrine and activate the pedestal by the door. This will complete the Shrine Quest as well as activate it as a fast travel point. Enter the Shrine.
