I'm a weekend woodworker with a very small shop 10x I've been able to make the space pretty efficient and usable, but now I need a better dust collection system. I've been using old canister style shop vac with smaller size hose. Not a great solution. Reviews online seem to endorse that as a pretty good approach. What I don't know, though, is what I need to look for in a shop vac. Any features that are a must? Does horsepower matter? Hose diameter?
