It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia became the longest-running live action sitcom in history after airing its 15th season. The cult show began in and focuses on a group of friends who run a bar together. The group is composed of Dee and Dennis, who are brother and sister, their father Frank, and their two friends Mac and Charlie. Importantly, they are all terrible people in their own unique ways. It's the kind of show that invites you to laugh at the misfortune of those who behave in the worst possible ways. Many episodes revolve around one or more of them coming up with a wild scheme to earn fame, money, or any other selfish whim, which consistently go horribly wrong.

With that out of the way, how would I rank all episodes of the show? At least the English accents are pretty funny. Ironically, the ladies reboot of the original ended up being unfunny and relying too heavily on gross-out humour. The way it ties into other episodes is pretty neat, though. Usually an episode where the gang sits in a room and talks leads to fantastic moments, but sparks never get to flying in the Season 14 finale. Being an Englishman, the references to American sports are lost on me. All of these episodes were fine relative to Sunny standards , but I guess I just wanted a little more rum in my ham. Otherwise unmemorable. Season 2 is immediately a step up from the first season, but only just. Charlie Day carries the episode on his back. Danny DeVito steals the show with Ongo Gablogian, and the ending brings it all together nicely, but otherwise this is a tame episode. Cool setting though.

Alliances were quickly formed and broken, Frank on the hunt for his will in the bar's air vents for some late Die Hard -esque fun had to confront the terrors of Charlie's "angry room," Dee best episodes of its always sunny down with rapid-onset Stockholm syndrome, and Dennis, popping off his shirt at the first opportunity, attempted the unthinkable with Margaret to save his skin.

And, for its first two acts, "Mac Finds His Pride" serves as another go-round in Mac-bashing, as the Paddy's crew sought his help in drumming up business with some performative Pride Week showmanship. Her and Charlie completely knock it out of the park — both of them on steroids had me in stitches. They combine humor, pathos, and absurdity in ways few shows can match. Soon, the IASIP episode spirals into absurdity, on levels never previously attempted by the show — it pays off, and has to be seen to be believed.
