After much time traveling alongside Guts, Farnese becomes particularly fond of him, harboring a deep admiration for the swordsman, and partly driven to hone her magic as a means of being of further use to him; to any reassurance or expression of gratitude from Guts, Farnese finds herself overcome with joy.
