The service was incredible and Rachel is the loveliest woman around who happens to do amazing work!! My eyebrows are on point. Highly recommend. I have had my eyebrows done at Beauty By Rachel Lee times over the last 2 years. I recently went back due to wanting a brow tidy up. A staff member I will leave anonymous did my eyebrow wax and before we began she held up a mirror to my eyebrows and went my problematic areas and what she planned to do before starting. Overall the customer service was great, but my eyebrows at the end did not look neat or tidy, I still had a heap of baby hairs all around my brows which should of been waxed off. During the start of the appointment I did ask that they would be removed as this is basically the reason I wanted my eyebrows waxed to begin with I would go back again but not to the same staff member. Today I had a appointment with Monica and left very happy with my eyebrow wax and also some help with my skin that I have been struggling with.
