In July of , Thad Phillips went missing from his family home. For the next 43 hours, he would endure pain and torture beyond belief. Eventually, though, Thad escaped and was able to notify the police. After his captors arrest, Thad was able to provide details that lead to solving the disappearance of another boy the year before.
