Our service from start to finish was incredible, we was greeted with a warm welcome and drinks to calm my butterflies! I felt like a princess for a day and I even found my dream dress! We celebrated with another drink and I wish I could relive this day again. From the bottom of my heart thank you Ava Rose Colne. I bought a dress from this company and the experience has been so bad. They have treated me like I am not a human being. My health as a result of the impact on my wedding day and the subsequent communications with this company is rock bottom. The dress that was ordered was too big on top and they have ignored every query. I am a 34 on top a size 6 and they ordered a size 12 based on my waist measurements. Due to the lack of seams on the neckline and the structured style it cannot be altered as easily as other dresses - the neckline itself cannot be altered at all as there is no seam.
