I've read through tons of questions posed in the community forum and one thing remains the same, you always ask for information that they have already provided. Calling does no good. They cannot seem to help me and send me to an extention that takes you to a representative who deals with the regular wireless service and not prepaid. Based on what you have written above it makes absolute sense that you have not been able to apply your ACP benefits to an account that does not yet exist. If you are filling out forms for ebb, that program is gone and you should not be filling out anything for Ebb. If you don't have a phone number a phone number is assigned when your sim card is activated. And that process also sets up your pay go online website account for you. But if you haven't proceeded with activating the Sim to create your account and get your phone number of course you're stuck. As I said previously, the people who answer these things never read the posts all the way through. I am having trouble with both. I don't know if it's because it's the same information as ACP or if it's just because they had no real need to update the form when EBB stopped but that is still the form they direct you to. Right now, you only have one problem, activating the SIM card. Concentrate on that.
