None of your Jamie Oliver non-stick junk, just a proper wok to season and then abuse at high temps? Depending on which Asian grocer you go to, the fresh stuff usually comes in to the store twice a week, for most of them it is Tuesday and Friday night…. They have some great seafood in the freezer and a good range of noodles. I recommend the fish shaped vanilla one.
