The Brontosaurus is one of the largest creatures that you can find in Ark Survival Evolved. This massive dinosaur is quite passive despite its menacing size. Like other dinos in the game, you will be able to tame the Brontosaurus as well. In this guide, we are going to take a look at how you can t ame a Brontosaurus. This will include where to find them, as well as why they make a good tame. Brontosaurus are in the base game of Ark Survival Evolved, so you do not need to have any expansions to tame one. First, let's take a look at where you can find a Brontosaurus. Fortunately, Brontosaurus aren't too rare. In general, you can find these dinosaurs in large open spaces where they have room to walk around. On the Island, you can find Brontosaurus around the perimeter beach. In fact, the dinosaur is so massive that it serenely ignores most other creatures. I've seen a pack of raptors tear apart small dinosaurs while Brontosaurus continues eating, seemingly oblivious to the hunting pack. Because of how docile it is, the Brontosaurus makes for an ideal pack animal.

Brontosaurus Lazarus are large docile herbivores that existed during the late cretaceous period. Being one of the Largest land creatures around, a Brontosaurus is hard to ignore not only by its size but the way the land quakes when it walks. The Brontosaurus usually just minds its own business and peacefully stomps around throughout its day. Being as it is a large creature, it seems to not be threatened by human presence and will pretty much ignore them when they approach unless attacked. A heavyweight in many aspects when tamed the Brontosaurus is a great harvester and can be at times used as a mobile base. Being one of the largest creatures of the island, only a few creatures try to threaten it and in turn the Brontosaurus ignores most creatures but will fight back when attacked.
