This study focused on the factors affecting the burnout levels and the problem solving skills of the psychological counsellors, and the relation between burnout and problem solving skills. Descriptive study model was applied in order ankara ram merkezleri define the already existing situation.

Introduction: The study aims to reveal the function of diagnosis, evaluation, and monitoring processes in Guidance Research Center GRC on children with hearing loss. In addition, it examines whether there is a difference between the applications of GRCs and the reasons for possible differences. Method: The study is designed as a descriptive case study, including semi-structured interviews, document analysis, and reflective diaries for the researcher's observation. The research data collection process was carried out in GRCs in two districts of a medium-sized Central Anatolian city. Findings: The data analysis showed that the findings pointing to the functioning of GRC processes were grouped under seven themes: Opinions on diagnosis, evaluation, referral, placement, monitoring process, individualized education program iep and report renewal, problems experienced in GRC processes, and suggestions for GRC processes. The prominent findings can be exemplified as the lack of cooperation between the hospital and the GRC, the inadequacy of the evaluation forms, the lack of materials, the failure to provide the physical conditions suitable for the evaluation, and the attempt to monitor with annual reports. Discussion: The function of diagnosis, evaluation, orientation, placement, and monitoring processes and the problems experienced in these processes were compared with previous literature.

This research aims to investigate the functionality of the GRC Guidance services department according to the perceptions of the guide teachers working in the GRCs. The research was conducted in a mixed model. A questionnaire was applied to counselors from GRCs and 27 counselors were interviewed. Frequency and percentages of the data were presented, and thematic analysis was conducted on the data. The results show that according to the guidance teachers working in the GRC the GRCs fall short in meeting the needs of the regions. In addition, the authorities perceive GRCs as special education rehabilitation centers. It was seen that the GRC Guidance services department suffers from a lack of staff but despite this, seven of the 12 job descriptions provided by the Ministry of National Education are fulfilled. Finally, in-service trainings, improvement of personal rights, increasing the number of personnel in terms of quantity and quality, and revising the mission statement of the GRC Guidance services departments are highly recommended.
