She has complete faith in his abilities, even when he's still the immature "knucklehead" he terms himself to be.

Though both the Naruto manga and anime series begin with the title character already entrenched in ninja training and knowing all of the other supporting characters, the movies have fleshed out much of their backstory. Family lineage is an important part of just how the shinobi world works in the Naruto franchise. In turn, when Naruto discovers this about Hinata, she also inspires him to keep going when he loses faith in himself. The reasoning here is twofold. He sees the silhouette of a woman and is transfixed.
