Lost all tread. Went there to have them balanced, because of 'wiggleing' at higher speeds. I went in to them to have it replaced I hasn't purchased the warranty. Willing to do anything to make a customer happy". I told them to destroy the repaired tire since I would never trust driving on it again. Took Porsche back, tire person forgot something on stem, had to remount tire. The manager of this store came and told me that they are so busy he can not do anything sooner. Flats are fixed free! From all indications it appeared as though they had deliberately destroyed my tire compartment cover and left the tire placed standing up in the compartment so I would not miss the destruction they had wreaked in the trunk of my car. The manager still refused to touch my truck without even looking at it. Page 3 Reviews 40 - Ramiro was very helpful in selecting the proper tire for my Toyota. I was told my tires "did not have legal tread" on them to fix the flat and I needed to buy new tires. The rims were perfect! You break, you buy!!!!!! Manager didn't do anything so please take pictures of your rims before you let them work on your car. I've done business with America's Tire off and on for years. We will end up in small claims court over this. These were OEM tires and unfortunately they seem to wear out very rapidly.
