It was the worst experience ever! On my return, I was kept waiting in the rain in the middle of the night as their dirty minibus couldn't take more than 13 people at once. When, eventually, I got to the carpark, I was shocked to discover that my car was blocked in. It had a scratch on the wing, there was a 76 miles trip recorded while I was away. I went to check the footage my car recorded only to discover they went above and beyond and completely wiped out the memory of the 4 cameras in my car. I was asked to call the next day to talk to somebody about the scratch. After about 50 attempts where the line was busy, when I managed to talk to somebody, she told me to call back in 10 minutes.

This off site airport parking is not like those in London, it is people making a quick buck and it is a real set up with employess not looking after your car and worse - thinking they own your car while you're away.
