Business Class can enjoy an 18" touch screen, Premium Economy an 11" touch screen, and Economy Class a 9" touch screen. Economy Class is equipped with 2 ports for every three seats.

Boarding was a very smooth and civilised process, with business class and star alliance gold called first. My first impressions of the cabin, upon boarding, were great. The slightly grey colour will probably age better than a pure white and gives the feeling of a cool, snowy, Canadian landscape. The main, immediately noticeable difference between this and the Qatar Dreamliner is the degree of privacy offered by AC. The cabin was only around half full and plenty of people were taking pics, the crew were quite relaxed as they had plenty of time to deal with the light load, letting us all get the snaps we needed before take off.

Biggest issue -9 seats in a row are so tight that you will be touching shoulders even with a small frame passengers sitting next to you.

While Air Canada provides a comfortable Business Class seat, I found service noticeably lacking on this flight. I redeemed 68, Aeroplan points for this trip. Note: this post is part of my trip report series covering my visit to Austria in May, Click here for the trip report index and introductory post. The check-in semi-adventure actually started in Dallas earlier that morning.

Airplane Boeing Air Canada with 3 classes and seats on board. Use airplane seat map to find which ones are more comfortable and which should be avoided. It was my second time on an Air Canada After my previous flight, I made a promise to myself to never fly on an AC again. But I had no real choice this time and I, reluctantly, flew on a again. It didn't change my previous opinion at all.

These pods are cramped and uncomfortable - lots of wasted space. Service was amazing. Great space between seat and window so taller people have some extra space to spread legs. I also agree with other critical comments by others: bathrooms, food, etc. Seat 45 A is a standard Economy Class seat in the last row of the aircraft whose proximity to lavatories and galley may be bothersome. Seat was very narrow with minimal leg room. Section was only half full. I am 6'2 and knees were touching the seat in front. The technical storage or access that is used exclusively for anonymous statistical purposes. There is nowhere to put anything. I'm now trying to find a way out! Service, entertainment and food were also alright. I think it would be OK for short or moderate daytime flights. It was great for leg room, however, when the crew came through with the cart it would hit me as there is a slight bend in the aisle. I really like how there is a gap for cables to pass through, when the storage compartment is closed.

The Air Canada Boeing features seats in a 3 cabin configuration. Economy has seats in a config; Premium economy has 21 seats in a config; Business class has 31 seats in a config; this is pretty standard for these aircraft. Legroom-wise, the Economy pitch of 76cm " is average, the Premium economy pitch of 97cm 38" is average, the Business class pitch of cm 50" is average, though of course what that means for you depends on how tall you are!

Seat 1 K is a standard Business Class Bulkhead seat whose proximity to the lavatory and galleys may be bothersome. This restricts the legroom for the leg closest to the bulkhead, and only allows straightening when angled. I sat beside a wall. There may be no floor storage during take-off and landing. Seat 46 D is a standard Economy Class seat in the last row of the aircraft whose proximity to lavatories and galley may be bothersome. Cabin larger than the , but the same unsurpassed comfort. Business class pods are comfortable, although not long enough for someone 6'4" tall when fully reclined. The plane was so quiet that the noise levels on take off were the same as a normal plane in cruise. I am 6ft and my knees were dug into the seat in front of me. Flight attendants backing up the aisle with service carts frequently bumped the seat, sometimes with a lot of force enough to spill red wine in one instance. The main, immediately noticeable difference between this and the Qatar Dreamliner is the degree of privacy offered by AC. The seat itself was very comfortable, but it didn't recline too far so it wasn't perfect.
