Just discovered that I am getting a small bonus from work this month which is the perfect excuse to replace my white trainers with a new pair for spring. I like platform style and have been tempted by air and grace, they look lovely and are apparently very comfortable airandgracelondon, air and grace reviews. I love them!

General feedback is that our shoes fit true to size. If you are in between sizes, we suggest sizing up or down, please check product description. Although, ballet pumps which are cushioned like trainers are a tempting thought! Ordered a pair of the snake skin ballet ones. They were indeed cushioned and bouncy I have plantar fasciitis in one foot , just a whole size too small, so had to return. I've got the sneakers! They are very cushioned in the sole, but slim looking - not clunky like Fitflops - they feel a bit memory foam-y. I was a bit disappointed they didn't do them in half sizes because the shoes all were - just not the sneakers.

They seem to have a few plain styles which actually look like new trainers, but I like the really over the top sparkles I also have plenty of plain trainers already without the eye watering price tag. What do people think? Is the distressed trend cool or distasteful?
