Moving down the southeast tunnel, as you turn the corner you'll find a corpse holding a Smithing Stone 3 , as well as an Ant that will ambush you from the far end, as well as one coming up from behind you. Backtracking and heading down the southwest slope, two Ants will drop from the ceiling.
