The worst customer service I've experienced in a very long time. Room was booked WELL ahead of time. Got to hotel right at 3, and requested to check in. I was told by the Our Concord extended stay location is at I's Exit The property is diagonally across from Concord Mills Mall and within walking distance of Starbucks, several restaurants and retailers, and a wonderful pedestrian greenway system. Concord is the birthplace of motorsports, and home to the Charlotte Motor Speedway, zMAX, the world's only 4-lane drag strip, and many well-known race teams headquarters.
