Parallels and the '70s do mix March 19, When most card collectors think of parallels, they think of present day cards, or at least cards from the last 25 years or so. Some may think back to the s, which is when the mass production of the parallel began. Some may even cite Donruss, as I have, with its Grand Slammers inserts that came in a variety of top-and-bottom colors on the front. Parallels have been running through the hobby for decades and decades, long before anyone even called them parallels. Many collectors see parallels as a plague, there are so many now that it's impossible for the brain to keep up with them -- and if you do, you're seen as a genuine nut case with way too much time on their hands. I like dabbling in parallels but try not to waste a lot of money on them, I chase way less of them than I did 10 years ago.

I also have a growing collection of tennis cards, UFC cards, hockey cards, and boxing. Now I have a deep hockey collection. Some of my favorite players to collect are Crosby, Ovechkin, and McDavid. Also, I love collecting unique goalie cards since that was the position I wanted to play. Luckily, my son plays the position now. It was perfect timing. Met these guys at a local card show. I think the owner was working the show, dude is just totally down to earth and one of the nicest guys in the hobby. His dad also was super nice to my son who did not want to hangout at a card show. Great guy with huge knowledge - thank you! Thank you for your awesome customer service Dre and I can't remember the other guys name but these guys are awesome they help me pick out cards for my son for his birthday and for Christmas I'm a senior on Oxygen the second time I visited they even brought the cards out to my car I have a hard time getting around in and out of places I just want to shout out for your excellent customer service You're a fun shop and I will be back because my son's is back into buying cards and I love to buy things for him.
