Howdy, I finally started fixing the Galaxie Convertible that I haven't touched in 10 years. It went down for brakes 4 wheel drums and that spiraled into a disk brake swap all 4 and a complete suspension overhaul and then the engine didn't want to run and then the transmission was leaking badly Anyway, I got tired of messing with it and it got thrown under a tarp and forgotten about. It fires right up and sounds good! However, the fuel pump and alternator are both dead so the HEI isn't happy and it dies very quickly. New parts in the mail. The best that I can hope for at this point is to get it running so I can drive it under the car port.
