For somebody who thought he wanted to grow up to become a state trooper, the culinary talents of Michael Mastrantuono, executive chef at 15 Church restaurant in Saratoga Springs, are so hot, they could almost be against the law. Mastrantuono joined the team at 15 Church in July, taking the place of Brady Duhame. He worked long hours throughout the track season. Only 27 years old, the Schenectady County Community College SCCC culinary school grad has rapidly been making a name for himself in the region, creating culinary magic at Indulge, MezzaNotte and Roux before arriving on the Saratoga scene. Michael is a native of upstate New York.

From Church Street, you see a grandiose Douglas fir timber roof reaching toward the sky, and as you enter the space you are immediately met with soothing sounds from the waterfalls that line the walls. We had the opportunity to see the carriage house, which is also an architectural beauty and spacious enough for a group or family. Thank you truly for a memorable stay. If you have the opportunity to stay here you are very lucky indeed. Our spacious 16 x 20 ft rooms, 40 ft porch, and limited occupancy provides excellent social distancing in a sparsely populated environment.
